Because of this it is vitally important that we serve with integrity, skill and a heart for servant hood. We are passionate about the safety of all our members, visitors, and servant leaders. That is why we have implemented a process that ensures the safety of all.

Background Check – Covenant Church requires background checks to be run on all servant leaders every three years. If you have a United States government issued Social Security Number, please click here to submit a secure, on-line release form. 

International Background Check – In addition, for those that have relocated from another country and lived in that country as an adult, we would ask that you please complete an International Background Check as well.   Please click here to submit a secure, on-line release form.  International Background Checks do take a little bit longer to run than a Nationwide check.
